Restaurants with good wine lists

Here I intend to list restaurants with good wine lists.
Personally I'd rather have fair food with great wine, than great food with fair wine, so bear that in mind.

One of our favourite Lisbon restaurants - pretty classy food at reasonable prices. It's a big place, noisy with people chatting, and usually pretty much full so book in advance. The wine list comes on a computer tablet full of information about the wines, which are decanted (you may have to ask) from a wine fridge at exactly the right temperature.

Sever Restaurant

There are actually 2 "Sever"s - both run and owned by the same people, I believe. The first (we call the "Big" Sever) is associated with an hotel - lots of seating, both outside and in (very pleasant in the summer) - pretty good food at reasonable prices - and a spectacular wine list, especially if you like older, more mature, wines, and many at scarily low pries. The other (we call the "little" Sever) is very much a local restaurant - good food at reasonable prices and a smaller, but very distinguished wine list. You may have to wait for a while for your wine - it seems to come direct from a cool cellar a little way away.
I'd book in advance, especially for lunch in the summer when the place is packed with people from across the Spanish border.
